I created this stage prop for a local VBS event that was themed around retro video games.  To start off this project, I found a 3D model of a SNES controller online and was able to scale it up 8X normal size.  Next, the large-scale model was divided into horizontal slices matched the thickness of my corrugated material.  Each slice was cut as a separate piece that then had to be laminated together layer by layer.  After the controller was assembled, VBS team members painted the corrugated material to match the original SNES color scheme.
